Salsa Bianca (White Sauce)
(White Sauce)


  • 2 table spoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 400 g heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese


In a large pan, lightly fry the minced garlic in the Extra Virgin Olive oil.

Add the cream and the parmesan, gently stir and let it simmer for a couple of few minutes.

Add the Salt and Pepper to your liking. Your sauce is ready.

Cook the pasta separately in boiling salted water. Once cooked, drain and tip into the pan with the sauce, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and sauté quickly briefly.
